XYC 401 Special Lubricating Agent for SMT Metanance 469ML

This product is an organic solvent-based lubricant designed to maintain SMT equipment. It boasts six key functions, including lubricating mechanical moving parts like feeders, nozzles, lead screws, and guide rails. Originally developed for SMT machines, its applications have expanded to semiconductor equipment, military, automotive, aerospace, and other industries.

This lubricant is compatible with various SMT machines from brands like FUJI, Panasonic, Yamaha, and JUKI, covering the lubrication of different parts.

It offers good adhesion, forming a film that adheres to mechanical parts even at high speeds. It's safe for plastics, chemically stable, and leaves no residue. In static conditions, lubrication can last over 10 years.

Shake well before use. Spray on the parts requiring lubrication or rust prevention and do not wipe off.

It is a flammable aerosol and a pressurized container that may burst if heated. It may be fatal if swallowed and enters the airways, harmful in contact with skin, and causes skin irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness and is suspected of damaging fertility or the unborn child. May cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure, and no obvious harm to aquatic life.

Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces. Do not smoke. Do not pierce or burn the container, even after use. Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves, eye protection, and a mask.

In case of inhalation, skin, or eye contact, or ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.

Store in a well-ventilated place, keep the container tightly closed, protect from sunlight, do not expose to temperatures exceeding 45°C, and keep locked up.
