It can withstand temperatures up to 320°C, with momentary peaks reaching 340°C. Supplied as 1 KG per bottle, employing this product helps maintain chains in a pristine state.
    This high-temperature chain oil product is a fully synthetic high-temperature lubricant, possessing excellent high-temperature stability and anti-wear characteristics. Prolonged use at elevated temperatures ensures lubricated chain surfaces remain smooth, free from rust and contamination. This product line is suitable for the lubrication of chain drive systems in high-temperature tenter frames, heat setting machines, reflow ovens, wave soldering ovens, high-temperature drying installations within the industrial, textile, forging, automotive, paint baking, and mining sectors, as well as in high-temperature drying installations for the novel building materials industry and the automotive industry.

    Scope of Use

    1. Prior to application, de-energize the system power supply.
    2. Reduce oven temperature to below 50°C.
    3. Directly invert the product container over the lubrication reservoir on the system or apply evenly to the chain using a brush.
    4. For severe accumulation of carbon, rosin, or rust, first remove stubborn residues with appropriate implements before applying this product.

    Hazards

    Fatal if inhaled. Harmful in contact with skin; causes skin irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Suspected of damaging fertility or the unborn child. May cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure. No significant harm to aquatic life.
