XYC OIL 10S PCTFE Fluorinated Oil Oxygen-Compatible Vacuum Fluid for Harsh Process Conditions 1KG
XYC OIL 10S PCTFE Fluorinated Oil Oxygen-Compatible Vacuum Fluid for Harsh Process Conditions 1KG
Basic Information
- Product Class: Chlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) synthetic fluorinated oil.
- Primary Function: Inert lubricant, hydraulic fluid, base oil, and seal/valve damping fluid for aggressive chemical and thermal environments.
It is broadly compatible with almost all strong oxidizers, corrosive gases, acids, bases, and aggressive organic solvents where standard mineral, synthetic, or silicone oils degrade or pose an explosion hazard.
Technical Performance & Features
Property | Description |
Thermal Stability | Stable at continuous operating temperatures up to +250°C. |
Chemical Resistance | Highly inert to strong acids, bases, halogens, oxidizers, and corrosive reagents. |
Flammability | Non-flammable (non-flammable) under standard conditions. |
Mechanical Strength | Maintains lubrication performance under heavy stress and high pressure. |
Thermal Properties | Low thermal conductivity and excellent resistance to oxidation/aging. |
Primary Applications
- Oxygen Systems: Safe for use in high-pressure gaseous and liquid oxygen environments (does not react with oxygen).
- Vacuum Systems: High-vacuum fluid due to very low vapor pressure and chemical stability.
- Instruments & Gauges: Damping fluid for pressure transmitters, meters, and sensitive instruments operating in harsh process conditions.
Compatible Liquid Chemicals & Reagents
- Strong Bases & Alkalis: Sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and aqueous ammonia solutions.
- Aggressive Oxidizers: Hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite (bleach), perchloric acid, and permanganates.
- Solvents & Hydrocarbons: Chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene), alcohols, esters, ketones, and petroleum fractions.
