XYC EH 71-241 High-Temperature CV Joint Grease Polyurea Grease for Heavy-Load Bearings 1KG
Basic Information
- Product Profile: XYC EH 71-241
- Characteristics: High-temperature CV joint grease, polyurea grease with MoS₂ and graphite, automotive axle grease compatible with rubber boots.
- XYC EH 71-241 is a high-performance, high-temperature lubricating grease engineered with a high-purity mineral base oil and a highly shear-stable polyurea thickener. It is heavily fortified with a specialized blend of black solid lubricants (including MoS₂ and graphite variants) alongside synergistic extreme-pressure (EP) and anti-wear (AW) additives. This design allows the grease to establish a robust elastohydrodynamic film under massive structural stress. In the event of extreme shock loads or temporary fluid film starvation, the solid lubricants provide critical emergency running properties, preventing catastrophic metal-on-metal binding, micro-pitting, and premature mechanical wear.
Technical Specifications
1. Official OEM Approval: Fully tested and approved under the stringent Volkswagen Group factory specification VW TL 52133.
2. Excellent Mechanical Stability: Resists structural softening and mechanical shear under high-frequency operational churning, preventing grease leakage from the boot.
3. Broad Temperature Tolerance: Provides stable, low-friction lubrication across a wide operating temperature window up to continuous high-thermal thresholds.

Core Performance Advantages
Elastomer & Sealing Boot Optimization: The grease is chemically engineered to remain neutral when in continuous contact with typical automotive axle boots. It offers certified compatibility with standard sealing materials, ensuring they do not lose tensile strength, crack, shrink, or swell. Compatible materials include:
• CR: Chloroprene Rubber (Neoprene)
• NBR: Nitrile Butadiene Rubber
• HNBR: Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber
• TPE: Thermoplastic Elastomers

Primary Applications
• Constant Velocity (CV) Ball Joints: Specifically developed for fixed and plunging CV joints in automotive drive shafts experiencing severe angular shifts and high torque loads.
• Heavily Loaded Rolling & Sliding Bearings: Used in industrial and automotive assemblies operating under high temperatures, low speeds, and intense vibration profiles where standard greases would fling off or break down.
