XYC Noxlub BF 2325 PFPE Grease High-Temperature Corrugated Roller Lubricant 1KG

XYC Noxlub BF 2325 is a high-performance, perfluoropolyether (PFPE)-based grease specifically engineered for the corrugated paper industry. It is designed to provide exceptional lubrication for high-temperature rolling bearings in single-facer and double-facer corrugated rollers and pressure rollers. XYC Noxlub BF 2325 is a white, fine-textured, long-acting high-temperature grease. Formulated with PFPE base oil and a PTFE thickener, it offers excellent medium resistance and superior component protection. It provides exceptional evaporation stability and corrosion resistance, ensuring reliable lubrication under extreme thermal conditions.

Detailed Information

Base Oil: Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) for superior thermal stability.
Thickener: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for outstanding chemical inertness and resistance to aggressive media.
Operating Speed: Optimized for high-speed corrugated production lines operating at 250–350 meters per minute.

Performance Characteristics

Operating Temperature Range: -30 °C to 220 °C.
Thermal Stability: Excellent performance in high-temperature environments.
Chemical Resistance: Highly resistant to most chemical media, solvents, and petroleum products.
Material Compatibility: Generally compatible with most rubbers and plastics.

Application Areas

XYC Noxlub BF 2325 is a high-performance solution specifically developed for the corrugated paper industry. While it is chemically inert toward most plastics and rubbers (with the exception of fluoroelastomers), we strongly recommend performing a compatibility test with your specific materials before full-scale application.
1. Thorough Cleaning: Before initial installation or re-lubrication, all lubrication points must be completely cleaned to ensure the surface is free of grease, anti-rust oil, debris, and residues.
2. Solvent Cleaning: We recommend an initial wash using 180/210 petroleum solvent, followed by a secondary precision wash with a specialized fluorinated solvent once the initial residue is dry.
3. Drying: Use clean, dry compressed air or hot air to ensure all solvent residues are fully evaporated.
4. Application: Apply the grease evenly to the bearings or lubrication points using a brush, spatula, or specialized greasing equipment.
