XYC XHT-SX is an imported grease substitute designed for high-temperature applications, featuring a wide temperature range and compatibility with various materials. This NLGI 2 grade perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease, thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), excels in maintaining thermal stability and lubrication across diverse industrial settings, ensuring extended component lifespan and lubrication intervals.

Product Type: NLGI Grade 2 perfluoropolyether (PFPE) high-temperature grease, utilizing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a thickener.

- Temperature Range: Operates within a temperature range of -10℃ to 300℃. Exhibits good thermal stability within this range, maintaining stable performance in high-temperature environments, resisting volatilization and degradation. Also maintains certain fluidity at low temperatures to ensure lubrication effectiveness.
- Base Oil Viscosity: Base oil viscosity is 738 cSt at 40℃ and 65 cSt at 100℃. Possesses suitable viscosity to provide proper lubrication and protection for machinery components at different temperatures.
- Other Properties: Non-flammable, oxygen-compatible, chemically stable, with a very low oil evaporation rate, extending component lifespan and grease replenishment intervals. Compatible with most elastomers and plastics, without causing damage to materials it contacts.
