XYC Grease XHT-S is a fully shielded perfluoropolyether (PFPE) and nano-grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grease, ideal for demanding applications. This white, paste-like grease is certified for incidental food contact, making it suitable for the food processing sector.

- Notable Thermal Stability: Estimated operating temperature range of -20℃ to 300℃. Exhibits significant resistance to high and low temperatures, providing continuous fluid lubrication at elevated temperatures up to 300℃. It does not combust, carbonize, or dissipate under extreme heat conditions.
- Superior Chemical Stability: Composed solely of fluorine, carbon, and oxygen atoms, resulting in chemical inertness. Resistant to corrosion from chemicals such as oxygen, strong acids and bases, steam, and organic solvents. It does not oxidize, age, or degrade.
- Favorable Lubricity: Exhibits excellent film formation, load-bearing properties, and lubrication performance. It reduces bearing friction, with bearing life exceeding 5000 hours in 200℃ high-temperature bearing life tests (ASTM D 3336), which can extend the service life.
- Low Evaporation Rate: Demonstrates a low evaporation rate at high temperatures, with a base oil viscosity of 500 cSt at 40℃, effectively minimizing grease consumption and providing sustained lubrication protection.
