XYC Grease XHT-ACX 1KG is a fully shielded perfluoropolyether (PFPE) and nanoscale polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lubricant, appearing as a white, paste-like consistency. This food grade lubricant is certified for use where incidental food contact may occur. The XYC Grease XHT-ACX offers exceptional performance in demanding environments.
It exhibits remarkable thermal stability, maintaining continuous fluid lubrication at high temperatures up to 300°C without combustion or carbon deposit formation. Its chemical stability, derived from its composition of fluorine, carbon, and oxygen, provides resistance to corrosion from chemicals, including strong acids and bases.
This high temperature lubricant demonstrates excellent film formation and load-bearing properties, reducing bearing friction and extending component service life. With a low evaporation rate at high temperatures and a base oil viscosity of 500 cSt at 40°C, it ensures sustained lubrication protection.
