Basic Properties: A white lubricating grease containing 5% sodium nitrite, categorized as a Series 283 product. Formulated with a perfluoropolyether (PFPE) base oil, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickener, and sodium nitrite additive. Characterized by chemical inertness, non-toxicity, and non-flammability, with good compatibility with various metals, elastomers, and plastics.
Viscosity Characteristics: Viscosity at 20°C is 88 cSt, 35 cSt at 38°C, and 5.4 cSt at 99°C.
Temperature Range: Service temperature range is -51°C to 177°C.
Stability and Endurance: Exhibits excellent thermal, oxidative, and chemical stability. It is resistant to degradation and evaporation at elevated temperatures, maintaining lubrication effectiveness over extended periods.
