Core Performance Advantages

- Superior Water and Wash-Out Resistance: Does not wash away during long-term immersion or spraying, making it a top choice for bathroom and water utility valves.
- Wide Temperature Stability: Stable for long-term use from -40℃ to 200℃, with a short-term peak of 204℃ without flowing or carbonizing.
- High Rubber and Plastic Compatibility: Exhibits almost no swelling or hardening on NBR, EPDM, silicone, PP, PA, etc.
- Low Volatility & Low Vapor Pressure: Suitable for vacuum equipment, precision instruments, and electronic damping.
- Outstanding Insulation Properties: Ideal for outdoor cable joints, electric meters, and transformer sealing and insulation.
- Resistance to Dilute Acids/Alkalis, Mineral Oil, and Atmospheric Aging: Provides long-term protection for outdoor marine and underground pipelines.
- Multi-Country Drinking Water & Food Certifications: Can be used in indirect contact with drinking water and food processing equipment.
- High Adhesion Without Curing: Prevents O-rings and gaskets from seizing or sticking during long-term high-temperature exposure.

Primary Applications

1. Water & Sanitary Industry: Faucet cartridges, water softeners, water purifier valves, plug valves, pipe flanges, and O-ring sealing/lubrication.
2. Vacuum/Pressure Equipment: Sealing of vacuum chambers, pressure gauges, and pressure lines; low volatility prevents vacuum chamber contamination.
3. Outdoor Electrical/Marine: Underground cable joints, meter terminals, and marine junction boxes for waterproof, insulating, and moisture-proof protection.
4. Electronic Precision Equipment: Dampers, instrument cushioning, transformer gasket anti-stick protection, and enclosure sealing to insulate and prevent leakage.
5. General Seals: Rubber/plastic O-rings, PTFE gaskets, and valve packings to prevent high-temperature seizing and disassembly damage.
6. Food Machinery: Food pipelines, filling valves, and lubrication of sealing components with indirect food contact.

Application Methods

- Direct Application: Manual wiping or brush application. Because the paste is relatively stiff, standard grease guns may clog; test before machine application.
- Diluted Spraying: Can be brushed, dipped, or sprayed after diluting with xylene, mineral spirits, or methyl ethyl ketone.
- Pretreatment: Ensure sealing contact surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil or dust. Apply a thin layer; thick application is unnecessary.
- Dosage: O-rings only require a thin layer; excess amounts can be squeezed out and contaminate pipelines.

Important Limitations and Contraindications

- Strictly prohibited for use in liquid oxygen or oxygen-enriched environments due to explosion risks.
- Avoid long-term contact with strong polar solvents, concentrated strong acids, and strong alkalis.
- Not suitable for metal friction pairs requiring high load-bearing and heavy loads (as it lacks solid extreme-pressure additives).
- Do not use in sealing structures subject to continuous immersion in gasoline or high concentrations of aromatic hydrocarbons.
