    XYC 109 Perfluoropolyether Grease serves as a base oil and represents a series of synthetic fluorinated lubricants designed for extreme operating conditions. These products can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 260°C (500°F) and short-term peak temperatures reaching 270°C (518°F). Their chemical inertness ensures safe contact with most chemicals, while providing non-flammability and compatibility with oxygen. They are non-damaging to plastics or elastomers and do not corrode metals. This product line is widely used in aerospace, automotive, industrial, and semiconductor sectors, effectively addressing challenges in conventional lubrication. Furthermore, they offer extended service life for lifetime-sealed bearings and prolong maintenance intervals for periodically lubricated bearings.

    Xiaoyichong PFPE lubricants are free from silicone, volatile organic compounds (VOC), and chlorine elements, posing no harm to the atmosphere or ozone layer. Their biologically and environmentally inert perfluorinated structure ensures high-temperature stability, enhancing equipment reliability, reducing lubricant consumption, and lowering maintenance costs. Additionally, their superior oil film strength minimizes wear.

    Applications

    For oil seals operating at long-term high temperatures and medium-to-high speeds, in contact with sealing media such as oil, antifreeze, water, acids, alkalis, salts, dust, and other corrosive substances. Generally compatible with most commercially available rubbers, various precision plastic components, and plastic gear meshing. Typical applications: automotive bearings, sealed pump bearings, motor bearings, and general-purpose bearings.

    Preparation Before Use

    New components are often coated with rust-preventive oils/greases to prevent corrosion during storage. Before using Xiaoyichong PFPE lubricants, thoroughly clean the components, as residual protective coatings may impede grease adhesion and shorten bearing life under high-temperature and high-speed conditions.

    Compatibility Notes

    These lubricants can be mixed with other PFPE/PTFE greases but must not be combined with conventional lubricants.

    Storage and Shelf Life

    When unopened and stored in clean, dry environments, Xiaoyichong PFPE lubricating greases/oils can be preserved indefinitely due to their inert composition. If oil separation occurs after prolonged storage, stirring will restore them to a usable state.
